RCW Figures

These are guys are as most of you probably know are Airfix British. I know they would not be accepted by the "button counting" crowd, but I guess they are good for painting practice. These uniforms have badges of Komroty infantry I think, i.e. Red. Hope you enjoy.

  1. Very original idea to use these as Russian soldiers!

Can't count the buttons because they aren't painted (just teasing Ben :-D)

  2. Airfix WW1 British are a great basis for all sorts of paint conversions - Japanese infantry of the 1920s early '30s, Chinese Warlord troops of the same period, to name just two. Your conversions are great and certainly look the part!

  3. Uncle Brian, thanks, maybe I will do some more conversions with them later. I am having doubts about the Zvezda guys I ordered, a full 25.5MMs. So the Airfix/Hat may be my only option.
Peter, I don't know what to say. You are a funny guy!

    1. Thanks Ben!

I just was trying to say, I don't care much about historical correctnes, but I do look how they are painted. And these I like!
