Another Quick GHQ Update

Here is another quick update for my new GHQ figures.

I used the Brushfire Warriors set for Afghan National Police, and Afghan National Army platoons. I also finished the US Army platoon in UCP.

Three squads, one HQ and two GPMG teams. I may add a "javelin" later because I think I missed that in the TO&E .

The figures have their appeal in mass and distance...

ANP platoon, I used the regular ANA TO&E, if any Afghan in the room cares to object, I will listen.

The Brushfire Warriors set are all wearing soft caps and berets and are carrying AKs and RPGs, very useful for other conversions I'm sure.

ANA Platoon, same figures.

I assure you, BDUs aren't easy in ANY scale!

One of the BTR-60s I bought for the ANA guys. The camera went funny for this pic, my desk really isn't orange, and the BTR isn't lime.

I also finished all the US vehicles I was working on.

Back in the box they came with,
THANKS GHQ!!!

  2. Well done Ben they are brilliant, as for the orange desk and like BTR-60 did it go onto super vivid? my camera has that setting, it makes nearly everyone look like they were imprisoned in with a spray on tan machine.

    1. No, the brightest mine can do is "vivid," I think the problem is with the "white balance" settings. This is the third year I've had the camera and I'm still figuring it out!

    1. Oh, I don't know! The Taliban are still on their sprue and their Toyotas are still quite shiny unpainted. So for now my US and ANA will have to shoot it out in their boxes...

    1. Thanks Peter, I'm a little worried about the figure basing: at this scale anything can be easily overdone. Thanks for looking.
